TERMINATION DETAIL

WHAT AXON COORDINATES

Connector requirements, pinouts, BOMs and drawings are reviewed against suitable manufacturing resources, then matched to appropriate suppliers and capabilities across relevant Asian manufacturing resources — with China remaining an important base.

Rather than presenting AXON as a single cable assembly factory, project requirements are matched to appropriate manufacturing resources, with production follow-up, issue/rework coordination and inspection/test coordination supported where needed. Production status and relevant project updates can be communicated throughout the engagement where applicable.

Prototype & low-volume requirements

Subject to technical review and matching with appropriate manufacturing resources.

Repeat production requirements

Subject to technical review and supplier coordination for consistent production.

Multi-cable / multi-assembly projects

Projects may include multiple cables or assemblies requiring related sourcing or consolidation.

CUSTOM CABLE ASSEMBLY FAQ

What information helps AXON review a custom cable assembly RFQ?

Connector requirements, pinouts, drawings or BOMs where available, wire/cable requirements, length, quantity, and inspection or test requirements can help support technical review.

Can I send pinouts, drawings and BOM files?

Yes. Pinouts, engineering drawings, and BOMs can all be submitted for technical review.

Does AXON operate its own cable assembly factory?

AXON works through manufacturing and supplier relationships rather than presenting itself as the cable assembly factory. This allows project requirements to be matched against appropriate manufacturing resources.

NEED MORE THAN CABLE ASSEMBLIES?

Multi-process parts, sourcing and supplier coordination across our Asia network.
